With timers for current shift time and total game time for each player, SquadPro is an essential tool for substitution and rotation management. It goes beyond basic substitutions, with cards that include sin-bin countdowns, scoring, and other event buttons.

Set Squad Players

Set up your squad players and assign names, short names, player groups, specialist roles, and more.

Squad Settings

In Squad Settings, configure the number of players, periods and period durations, default squad formation, player groups, specialist roles, event buttons, and more.

Specialist Player Alerts

Enable specialist player alerts to be notified when a specialist player is not on the field.

Modify Team Numbers

Modify team numbers. Has your game gone to extra time? In some scenarios, you may want to reduce the number of players on the field.

Preferences

Edit your game-screen preferences. Adjust the size of player and event buttons, the team graphic, the timer count down/up behavior, and whether to display each player's full name or short name.

Rotation Plans

Set up pre-game rotation plans with substitutions at specific times in the match. Accept or reject changes in-game, modify the plan on the fly, and use manual substitutions when needed.

Optimum Rotation Time

Assign an optimum rotation time to each player. In this mode, all players start in green. Sixty seconds before they are due to be replaced, their status changes to orange. Once they reach their optimum rotation time, it changes to red.

Export XML

Export an XML file compatible with third-party tools such as Tagger, Sportscode, Coach Logic, and more.

Data Management

SquadPro data (for example, squads, players, and games) is stored locally on your device. It is not shared with anyone and is not stored on external servers. The app uses an embedded database, which means SquadPro can be used offline without an internet connection.

To help prevent data loss, we recommend backing up your data regularly. You can do this from the Squad menu by selecting the 'Export Squad Backup' option. We recommend creating a backup after each game.

To restore from a backup, choose the 'Restore Squad' option from the main Squad page menu (top left).
