Cloud Workspaces

Connect, save, access on any device, manage and share your data in a cloud workspace

Introduction

Cloud Workspaces allow you to store your data to the cloud, easily access your data on any device and share your data with members of your team management or players.

The Cloud Workspace functionality integrates with OneDrive and Google Drive to store your files.

Connecting

The video below shows how to Connect to your OneDrive and select a folder as your cloud workspace (the same process applies for Google Drive). When you have selected your workspace folder, Tagger will create default folders for your games, squads and configurations in the workspace folder.

Note: users require to have a OneDrive or a Google Drive account - both have a Free tier to allow users to get started.

The storage allowance on the Free tier is more than enough to manage your Tagger data.

Saving and Opening Games

The below video shows how to Save to and Open games from the cloud workspace. When saving, if the file already exists in the workspace you have the option to replace it or create a new version.

Saving and Opening Squads

The below video shows how to Save to and Import squads from the cloud workspace. When saving, if the file already exists in the workspace you have the option to replace it or create a new version.

Saving and Opening Configurations

The below video shows how to Save to and Import configuration templates from the cloud workspace. When saving, if the file already exists in the workspace you have the option to replace it or create a new version.

Sharing the workspace

The below video shows how to share your workspace with other users. And how the other user would access the shared workspace.

Note: the users who you will share to must have a OneDrive account setup prior to you sharing the workspace with them. Workspace Sharing is currently only available for OneDrive

Switching the workspace

You may have more than one workspace. You can easily switch between the workspaces in the Manage workspace section.

Note: after switching you may need to import the workspace specific squads and configurations before creating new games.

Deleting files

You can delete files in the Manage workspace section.

This will move the files to your OneDrive or Google Drive trash. To fully delete the files users should login to OneDrive or Google Drive directly and empty the trash bin.
